Dear OFLA Members and 2020 Conference Registrants,
It is with a heavy heart that we at OFLA find ourselves obligated to cancel this year’s conference in Cincinnati. A lot of time, energy, and planning have gone into this conference, but due to the current situation with COVID19 there is no way we can continue with our plans. Because the situation is very unpredictable, we have decided to skip this year’s conference and focus our efforts on 2021. We are hoping to bring in the same speakers and we are hopeful that the presenters we had lined up for this year will be willing to present in 2021. In the meantime, we will be offering our members some PD opportunities both this summer (online) and in the fall (in person). These opportunities will be announced as the time approaches.
The location for the 2021 conference is still to be determined. Much depends on how flexible our venues will be with the changes we must make. As soon as we have exact dates and a venue for 2021, we will let you know via email and social media.
For those of you who have already registered, OFLA will be refunding your conference registration fee in its entirety, including your workshop and banquet fees.

If you paid with a credit card: Refunds will be done by March 31, on the credit card originally used. Please check to be certain that it has been processed. If not, please contact me: member@ofla-online.org.

If you paid with a check: Anyone who paid with a personal check, you will receive a refund check from Lucas Hoffman, OFLA Treasurer. These will be mailed by March 31. If you do not receive it within a week, please contact him at treas@ofla-online.org.
